Unhelpful Claims and Administrative Dept

I submitted forms that Alexander Forbes agents told me were needed in order for my claim to be paid out, and they responded saying the claim will be sorted within the next 3 to 5days. Before I sent the documents I received an sms from them informing me that should I not get my money in the bank within 3 days, then I should contact them, which I did via email. I sent all that they wanted but now I am being given the run around when I enquire about the claim and payment thereof. 5 days is long over and I have been sending emails on a daily basis only to have somone tell me they will foward the information. All I want is a specific day and date when I must expect my payout that's all. This is very frustrating beyond words, I hope this will be sorted out sooner than later.
