Unhappy with the Service

I have been calling non stop to find out about my pension claim. On the 12th I was told I will get the money within 2 weeks, last week Thursday I spoke to the administrator dealing with my claim on his direct landline number and he promised that I will receive the funds early this week, I called again yesterday and now the call centre agent is telling about about the turn around time of 4 to 6 weeks which is due next week the 9th. I am really unhappy with the service I've been receiving from Alexander Forbes since I started calling. At first when they received my claim no one took time to let me know that there's documents outstanding on my claim until I contacted them. I wouldn't be calling this much if I didn't need the money urgently since well I'm not working.
