Unhappy with service

I have requested a pay out from a Provident Fund from Alexander Forbes. It is quite old already and the Company no longer exists. They rep**** quite quickly with the documents that need to be completed, forms were completed and supporting documents were sent as requested. This was on the 02/08/2021. On the 07/08/2021 I received an email acknowledging the receipt of said query and that someone would contact me. I sent a follow on the 17/08/2021 as well as 23/08/2021 and to date have received no feedback whatsoever.
