Unhappy client
I submitted my claim in 18 December 2023,and I was told my claim will be payed in the next 7-14days even today I have not received a updated from BRIAN what a useless team leader who is always on trainings and meetings ,I have spoken to LAUREN,NOKUTHULA and other call center agents for the past two weeks with no HELP....
AND before you say that Alexander Forbes you have a highly trained agents that is a HUGE lie...
I WANT MY MONEY...
