UNHAPPY CLIENT

When i submitted my returns it gave an error message stating that "No lump sum amount is declared on the return" and was asked to call the fund. I have been pushed from pillar to post for almost 2 months by Alexander Forbes officials. What is even more irritating is that when i initially called the fund to fix the error they advised me to hold the line which i did for about 30 minutes and every time when i call they keep on putting me on hold and they don't call me back. I need Alexander Forbes to issue a new IRP5 declaring the lump sum as requested by SARS. That's all I'm asking for.
