Unhappy because I must always battle with this fund

I would like to know why my children's monthly payments were short payed this month because the payment I received today & the statement the beneficiary fund sent, what is going to be paid monthly is 2 different amounts? I want an explanation as to why i must explain why fees can't be paid due to short payments from the trust fund asap. I have contacted the head office and explained they said I must send the statement through of what was to be paid to me is this going to be another couple of weeks battle?
