Unfairness in the two pot system claim submitting process

Unfairness with the two pot system claim submission process. Firstly you struggle with the system that is always unavailable when you want to submit a claim. Then there is selective paying out of employees. Poor service in all aspects when it comes to this process and the unfairness of pick who you want to pay first whether you submitted first. There is no order and unfairness with the whole process. Utterly dissatisfied to say the least. If I could change from Alex Forbes I would immediately it's unfortunate that our HR is in charge.
