Unfair treatment from Alexandra Forbes

Can someone save me from the ill treatment am getting from Alexandra Forbes My name is Precious Lebohang Rasiovhoro, I have divorced with their member whom his pension is with held by them, I sent a Final decree of divorce with settlement agreement they returned it and say I wont get any payment because a wrong fund name was quoted they advice me to go back to court to amen of which I did and send them the amended order. Now yesterday they return it again to say the settlement must be rectified. My problem is why do they keep on quoting one mistake always after I went to court. The same settlement I have their memeber is using it to claim his 50% share from my employer He is not getting these ill treatment from my Employer. The pain is Legal fees for divorce are costly and when they keep on sending me back and forth because their so called Administrators and their legal team they keep on getting new mistake why can they advice once off am really ****ed of with this unfair treatment from them.
