Unfair 2-Pot System Processing of claims
I submitted my *** on 5 September, and it's still on Registered. There's no communication...nothing. My colleagues who submitted days after me got paid last week. What a disappointment shame.

25 Sept 2024, 08:03Not happy at all. I got an email from you and the dates are wrong....it looks generic. Today is actually day 20 since I submitted my claim, and I'm still on Claim Registered. This is really unfair and unacceptable.
