UNCLAIMED PROVIDENT FUND

Unclaimed Provident Fund D Rieger. ( 25 Years ) I received a whatsapp message on 13 May 2025 from Rethabile Letsoko, Case Manager, Cold Case Tracing. After confirmation that I was the member, I forwarded the claim documents that they sent on 15 May 2025 and she confirmed via whatsapp, she had forwarded the documents to Alexander Forbes, the same day. This is where it gets horrific, Alexander Forbes has had my personal information and contact details for 25 years, no correspondence, phone calls. My emails started with Alexander Forbes 24 May 2025, enquiring about the unclaimed benefit, till to date 10 July 2025 have I received terrible service from Zinhle Sithebe, Nkosanna Dhlamini and Wendy Thabethe. No phone calls have been received to solve the issue at hand. To log this with Hellopeter , is to inform current members of the Alexander Forbes fund what is in store for you, when the time arrives for your claim to be processed.
