Unclaimed pension funds

I am so disappointed in this company, it is clear that we’re ****med. I worked for Makro from 2015 till 2017. I tried claiming my unclaimed benefits with Alexander Forbes since 2024 without success. I was told to get a proof of employment from Makro which I still don’t understand how did they get to keep my money if they don’t have the proof themselves. I want my money because it is clear that if I die my money will just disappear without a trace. I am looking at escalating this matter to the attorneys as I tried reaching out without any help.
