Unclaimed Pension Fund (Mines)

In 2013, someone called me regarding my late husband's unclaimed fund. To cut a very long story short, I gave them all the papers they required and even visited their offices in Johannesburg where they confirmed that I should be given some money. Thereafter I was sent up and down, to and fro and I was requested to provide the same information they initially asked and still today 9 years down the line I received nothing and no one is explaining.
