Unclaimed funds ****ming

I didn't believe when people were complaining about the what so called: unclaimed benefits, that these are companies are ****ming people! Now I got the first hand experience! Somewhere in March 2023 I phoned by the company called icts tracing claiming I got unclaimed benefits from AF little did I know it's a nightmare! Boom after driving around and waisting my diesel, on the 4th I got 518 rands into my account! Being frustrated by the waste of my time I asked AF for the statement! To my surprise, they don't have the statement of how did i get paid. They will generate one and I will get it after 5 days. This is very disturbing from a big company like Alexander Forbes! How did get paid with the blank paperwork
