Unclaimed Funds – 4 Months and Still Waiting!

Alexander Forbes contacted me about unclaimed funds from a previous employer (over 10 years ago). I promptly submitted all the required forms, and in August they confirmed the payout would be processed within a few days and even sent me a value letter. It’s now December—4 months later—and I’m still waiting. I’ve made numerous calls, spoken to team leaders like Brian Setoaba, and received repeated promises of callbacks and payment. None of these promises have been kept. Emails go unanswered, and Brian is “always in a meeting.” This level of service is unacceptable. Can someone please direct me to the FAIS Ombudsman? I need assistance to escalate this matter.
