Unclaimed benefits detailed statement

They have unclaimed benefits fund @ first when doing enquiries about the fund they were helpful, and they agreed the is funds but not disclosed and after documents were sent took some time, documents were sent and money was paid into my mom bank account but after asking for full statement to clarify how much money was in the fund that was paid to my moms account after suddenly stopped for years until the payment **** this so so that my mother can have clarity of her husband money , but they send undetailed mini statements after emails sent asking for detailed statement till time today nothing complaints sent but no clear explanation of statement
