Unclaimed benefits

I think Alexander Forbes should relook at the staff and review the service levels as they are pathetic. I have submitted all documents for an unclaimed fund benefit in September 2017. At the end of Dec I received an sms to wait 6 -8 weeks for the payout. Only to be asked to complete more documents in Feb 2018. Of which I would not have known about this if I didn't follow up with them. Signed Forms and supporting documents were sent on the 19/03/2018. I spoke Zanele, LIndiwe, Rachel, Karabo, Xolani, Nikita and Zenzele and every week I get the same story that Nobuhle Cube and Nomthandazo Coka are the administrators working on the claim with no concrete feedback as to what they are waiting for. For a high profile corporate company your service levels are pathetic and appalling.
