Good Day <br> <br> My mom was contacted by ICT in May 2015 and documents were forwarded to Alexandra Forbes in June 2015 even now she has not been paid we have called spoke to almost 5 consultant keep saying will be paid next week now it's more than 3 months waiting foe her money without any feedback of what is going on last time we called she spoke to a supervisor on the 14th of September who told to put a formal complain and told us it will be paid the following week which was the week of the 25th the service is really pathetic and bad and all words are empty someone has to take responsibility and keep client in the loop
