Unclaimed benefit wait almost a year for Alexander Forbes

Hi my name is Denise I have an unclaimed benefit with Alexander Forbes but so far the service have been bad I received message from them last year 1st of November 2017 about the unclaimed benefit contacted them the same day as to where they emailed me the forms I had to fill in I send it back on the 3rd of November 2017.

We now today the 5th of June an I still haven't received anything from them they always have some stories when I contact them and its always a lie.

I was told last week I would receive payment today BT still not a single cent in my account bad bad service really.

So disappointed in them
