Unavailale on email, phone & app NO ASSISTANCE

Since the two pot system opened you just receive an automated message on the AF app which always states its too busy no matter wat time. Ive emailed, after that i phoned Alexander Forbes and was told i could only work on the app and not via phone.....

How is this possible, so not phone assistance, no email assistance and no working app?

I would love feedback and not the automated measage i see you keep sending all the 100's of complaints. If this is what Alexander forbes calls prepared i am scared to think of what will happen with my pension.
