UNACCEPTABLE & VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE

My uncle retired in May 2019, I have been calling Alexander Forbes on his behalf as he has difficulty speaking. I made numerous calls was promised that his pension withdrawal will be paid out in 3months. After +/- 6 months of waiting i called again complaining I was than given an email address to send my complaint to. I was than called by Kusha Naidoo who was very helpful with promising feedback but he also has gone MIA. This man has been waiting for over a year now for his money.....Can someone please do something because this is unacceptable. We need answers, nobody is responding to my emails....
