Unacceptable Service

Shocking service, do not return phone calls despite promising to do so. Was told by Roxanne over a week ago that my Provident Fund Claim had been escalated to Snr Management and that she personally would follow up with me. No response was received and I then spoke to Eric who advised that he could see the complaint on the system and would request Snr Manager to contact me ASAP. I am still waiting, seems that they are quick to respond to queries when you are looking at doing business with them but fail hopelessly when the time come to pay you out, despite a website promise of btw 4-6 weeks.
