Unacceptable service!!!!!

<p>I have been following up on numerous occasions with regards to the payout of my pension fund and if I didnt call no one would have advised me that my account was not verrified??? So i sent my documents again and the ADMIN department after days have still not confirmed if they have received same. This saga has been going on since September. When I was with Momentum they paid me out in 7 working days?! and kept me informed at all times. No one I can call no manager no one as they don't take calls???? I need someone to sort this out URGENTLY. PLEASE, this is beyond pathetic. </p> <p>Thank you to I think Ella / Anna for assisting me this morning, you were a star!!!</p>
