Unacceptable Delays, False Payment Promises, and Status Reversals

I am logging this complaint regarding the appalling service and constant runaround from Alexforbes regarding my withdrawal claim from the Bidvest South Africa Retirement Fund. This process has been dragged out since May. After resolving all documentation and tax queries, I received written confirmation from the Bidvest Admin team on September Ist stating that all forensic checks were cleared and payment would be loaded.

On September 3rd, my portal status officially updated to "Payment." however todav. September 4th the status unexpectedly reverted backward to "Claim Registered." To make matters worse, my follow-up emails and WhatsApp messages are now being completely ignored by the administration team. This constant miscommunication and back-and-forth has left me in severe financial distress with overdue rent. I demand an immediate explanation for why the payment status was reversed, along with an urgent payout and official Proof of Payment today.
