Unacceptable behaviour

My claim was lodged on the 28 of August 2024. One week later my claim was cancelled as they said they want to focus on the two pot. 4 weeks later my claim is still not loaded on the system! I have never seen such incompetence with people funds like Alexander Forbes! Why do companies even use this company when there’s million companies which are so so better like the M company that’s literally the best and everyone talks about it? Alexander Forbes is a nightmare. I lodged a complaint with them but their consultant kept lying to me till she stopped responding my emails. I followed up on emails 5 times and 2 weeks later, there’s no email response. Her name is Chastry Moorkey.
