Unacceptable and Poor Service From Alexander Forbes.

I am extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with the service provided by Alexander Forbes. After resigning from my previous job at the end of August, I promptly completed and submitted the AFS forms they sent me. However, I have yet to receive my funds. Upon contacting Alexander Forbes, an agent informed me that there was a validation issue related to my ****en and married surnames. I was asked to provide my marriage certificate and ID, which I submitted. The agent assured me that this information was forwarded to the fund administrators, but I have not received any feedback or updates since then, and my status remains unchanged. Additionally, my emails have gone unanswered, which I find unacceptable and indicative of very poor service.
