Unable to resolve a simple request, and poor service!
I Never received my Tax certificate from 2016 and 2017 from my previous employer, I desperately need this for SARS. if been in contact with them as of from the 01 November asking for the required information with no luck. They don't respond to emails and its impossible to speak to someone. The service is truly shocking, highly disappointed in Alexander Forbes financial services
