Unable to obtain my pension statement.
I requested a copy of my Pension Income Statement as required by SASSA as I want to apply for the SASSA Old Age Grant but after two weeks of continuous phoning and also no success with WhatsApp Online service I still have not received my pension statement. I was promised it will be emailed to me after every phone call but nothing happens. *********** staff, what a disgrace.
