Unable to get Late Father's pension money

My father passed away in August 2011 and due to miscommunication between the family we only got the claim submitted in April 2014. Now we have submitted different documents 3 times already. After much stalling from A Forbes and numerous phone calls we finally got told that we submitted the wrong forms, on 14 May 2015. They sent us new forms to submit which we have submitted, on 15 May 2015 , so this is the fourth submission done by us. After numerous times of trying to get through to A Forbes call centre and 3 E-mails to Urrick we still have not heard anything back from A Forbes to confirm receipt of the forms or anything.
