Unable to access my pension fund

I had a retirement annuity with Alexander Forbes via the company I was working for. This was supposed to have been paid out when I turned 65 but I was having difficulties with SARS and couldn't get a tax clearance and therefore Alexander Forbes would not pay out. My tax problems were resolved at the beginning of the year. However, I simply cannot get Alexander Forbes to pay my money to me. I have filled in all the necessary documentation on more than one occasion and this has been submitted via my financial advisor. I turn 70 in November and need the money. Please<br> Advise!!!!
