Umzuzi ,is it a tracing comp for AF

I was contacted by Umzuzi beginning of Sep 2015 for 2 Unclaimed benefits ,after submitting all my docs , they informed me that they submitted it to AF on the 16th of Sep , I then contacted AF and they where not aware of any claims. When i asked Umzuzi again they asured me it has been submitted and that it is being processed. im getting worried now seeing that i have not had any correspondense from AF themselves about these unclaimed benefits. could someone please clear this up
