I currently have a preservation fund with Alex Forbes. I am in the process of withdrawing a portion of my funds and re-investing the balance in a preservation fund with Alex Forbes - before I turn 55 years on the 13 August 2024, which I am entitled to.

I have been liaising with an advisor and opted to not make use of an advisor due to the high fees.

I have realised that if you do not go through an advisor with Alex Forbes then you are pushed from pillar to post and do not get the privlege of an administrator to assist with the completion of the forms.

The consultants do not have a clue as to what forms needs to be completed and the service is appalling to say the least. I have received four different types of forms. They send you the forms and you never hear from them.

As it stands I am stilling waiting for an administrator to take me through the Glacier Preservation Form.

Alex Forbes if you want to be recognised please get competent admin staff.

It makes me wonder if staying with you as a financial institution adds any value to my funds or should I seek an alternate institution.
