Have been waiting for my retirement funds for nearly 8 weeks after resigning. This company has been the worst to deal with, they don't respond to emails ...its digusting how they work!!

12 Jun 2024, 10:40I am still not assisted, received an emai from Lebohang Kgasi and sheadked for my numbers and ID and said she'll call me back this was 2 days ago. No response from her again and no call. Received an sms stating that i will get my proceeds in 6 weeks if and when they've received all my documentation, that' absurd as no line of communication was inline.
How do you guys conduc business?
Im highly dissapointed as this proves that you dont care about peopl. I have never dealt with a company like you guys were we have to wait more than 4 weeks for a payout.
You guys should just stop conducting business if this is how you treat ur customers. Its nonsense having to wait over 12 weeks for a mere payout!

AF is duch a stressful company to invest in. No sens of emergency and no care about thier customers. You guys are full of jokes an you are disgusting really, in how you conduct business. No other Financial services companies have ever given me issues except for you...u look esteemed for no reason, even Old mutual is by far the best company to deal with than u guys.
