I have never experienced such a bad service from Alexander Forbes, the system has been hanging since Monday, and it keeps on saying I've already submitted my withdrawal for this tax year, and I didn't submit anything because the system has been hanging since then, i have tried to call several times , they don't answer calls and when you get an agent they'll put you on hold for the longest time, they don't respond to emails ,call back request nothing.

13 Sept 2024, 08:00I received an email from Alexander Forbes and was able to summit my withdrawal but the system still hanging on one page, I can't see the progress of my request, ITS SAYING IN progress since Monday, No update whatsoever, Its the same thing as before where it allows you to move one step them it hangs
