Two-pot Withdrawal

I am really astounded by the poor service given by ALex Forbes. I did my 2 pot withdrawal claim on the 6th, and my tracker has been on "Tax application" for 10 days. When I called SARS, they advised that Alex Forbes hasn't sent through my request to them as yet. I get that the processing time is 20 days however I can't help but feel that I am being treated unfairly. People who have done their claims after me have already been paid out. THere is no sense of Treating Customers Fairly in this. It seems that there is no system or order at all. This is supposed to be an emergency fund, HOW?? I am truly disappointed. You guys need to do better man!
