Two Pot system Claim Payment Delayed
I have logged my Two Pot claim on the 07 September 2024. It's been 15 working days and my claim is not yet pain. I have gone through all verification stages and my claim is stuck on Payment for the past 5 days.
I have called their contact centre and was advised that all was ok, but till to day I am still waiting for them to process my claim.
There is not communication feedback on status of my claim. Their contact center takes over an hour waiting for them to pick up their call.
People who have claimed after me, their claims were processed and paid. Why do I have to wait this long. Please advise if there are any delay processing my claim payment.
