Two pot claim withdrawal status.
I have been trying to follow up on the status of my two pot withdrawal claim. When I do finally manage to log into AFConnect after numerous tries the claims tracker is empty despite my claim being logged on the 3rd of September and an sms being sent with the claims number as confirmation. I have tried to call the call centre and no one picks up - I have been on hold for over an hour. Please can some urgently contact me and advise on the status of my claim
