TWO pot claim
I have submitted my claim about awrek ago still haven't got any feedback regarding the claim. I have been trying to call you guys with no avail. Can u guys tell me whats happening its been forever all ready. How am i supposed to trust you guys with my money if y'all are not available. This is such a horrible service

19 Sept 2024, 08:13Its sad that I've been calling managed to get hold of Mpumi who advised my profile lookes oky but he will escalate the request and advised he will call me at15:30 which he did not do. I then called again @16:00 spoke to Lesego who advised tgere was a delaywhit DHA. She also asvised that all is well now but am still on clame registered. Kanti whats happening. It xan not be that everyone that claimed after me is getting thier money but not me.
Whenyou guys debit on our accounts no one mustremind you but the claims are bot treated the same and all u saying is its still within TAT.

19 Sept 2024, 08:52Now am being told about Disinvestment. How is it that people who claimed 6 days after me are now sitting on payment🤨. And i still need to wait for Disinvestment. Y'all systems are not aligned struu.
You tell people about 20 days but most people are getting feedback within 5days.
