Trying to get unclaimed benefit

Umzuzi contacted me in january for an unclaimed benefit. I have submitted all my documents. They confirmed that they received everything. I even got confirmation telephonic that the unclaimed benefit will be paid out around end of July. I phoned again to be dissappointed that they are still waiting for proof of benefit. I have send all the documents again on the 7th of august. Got automated response. I send another email on the 1st September to follow up. No one is getting back to me.

What the hell is going on????? Why the hel is it taking 9 months to get an unclaimed benefit back. Why is no one getting back to me on this??? It is just over a R1000. It not as if its millions. Its my money and your people is so *********** in finalising this.
