Trust fund

My son has a trust fund file name Sizwe Soko( R Mashegoane) with Alexander Forbes, agent responsible is Selphy Lots. We received an email on the 22nd of April informing us that since my son was turning 21on the 6th of May it was time for the trust fund to pay out, so we needed to send some documents to them. On the 29th of April we email those documents they have requested. We told that it take 6 to 8 weeks to to be pages in my son's account. I emailed the agent early June wanting to find out how far were they with everything that needed to be done, and we were told that they have sent a reminder. I sent another email in july to the agent requesting again how far are they with what ever they were doing .I was informed that the investors were on leave. The following week I sent another email, I was told that the accountant was busy with the calculations it will be paid soon. First week of August now three months has passed, I requested again and even asked to be referred to be transferred to someone who can really clarify for me what was going on. I was told again that they were still busy with the calculations they will be paying soon. We are very frustrated.
