Treated like they are doing me a favor # LIVID

<p>I resigned from my employer and my last day was 6 March 2017. I contacted AF today to find out about my payout coz it has been long over due. I spoke to Sbusiso n he told me that there was a discrepancy in my employer n bank statement , I was suppose to receive my payout on the 20th they were waiting for me to contact me!!!!! Funny coz they confirmed all my personal details before assisting me. I sent the required docs as per their request n was assisted by Tevin he sympathized with me n I understand it's not his fault though he tried. He told me it's gonna take 5 working days excluding weekends n public holidays for me to get my payout??? How is all of this my fault when they failed to contact me , I have been contributing for 9 years 2 months . The company is useless n can't even send an sms or email , I'm dissapointed.</p>
