TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE
Absolute unacceptable service from Alexander Forbes and from my husband’s financial advisor .( Martin Leins 1st month of my husband’s retirement payment yesterday and NO PAYMENT.!!!Payment promised today NOTHING !!
Once everything was discussed with Martin all visibility of our accounts was not visible to us !!!
No response to online enquiries NOTHING !!!
No one to contact !!!!
NO APOLOGIES! NO EMPATHY .
My husband is regretting not moving our monies to Sanlam who are head and shoulders above Alexander Forbes #Alexanderforbes
