TOTAL LACK OF COMMUNICATION
I put a claim in to close my account on 23 May and have emailed them repeatedly with absolutely no response from them.
Quick to take your money and absolutely no customer service, rather invest your money with Liberty or Standlib, these guys are useless in getting your money out.
