Too small a fish to fry..............?

I have tried several times to contact Alexander Forbes over the past couple years, (intermittently, and ongoing) to 3 x different e mail addresses ..including client service. No one has ever contacted me back........... I have a small investement which is going backwards ............and yet ...am I too small a fish to bother about ? Who is my investment broker?
