TOO BUSY TO CARE!!

I transferred by pension funds to another Financial institution in March this year. A tax directive had to be done for this. When trying to submit my annual tax return on the 8th July this year 2023, I could not submit it due to some information being missing regarding this tax directive. My 1st call to Alexander Forbes was on 11th June 2023, with 3 emails after that, and STILL NO REPLY or assistance. I did manage to get through to the call centre, and was transferred around for a while, and then my call got cut off, and nobody has bothered to call me back or follow up. This is UNACCEPTABLE and a terrible reflection on the company
