Tired of waiting
Poor service doesn't begin to explain my experience. Someone said they would get back tk me with feedback on the 10th January, j have sent numerous emails for feedback but no response from the complaint agent dealing with my cases. The receiving fund hadls responded to the ROT sent, however still now feedback from Alexander forbes.
