You guys are now ****ing me off, I have sent multiple emails turn around time is supposed to be 48 hours per email , requested multiple call backs spoke to your AI bot only to not get any correct information. Then someone named Lebohang from complaints called me and said she will communicate every step of the way I have been emailing her and she has not responded. Perhaps if I go to the ombudsman then you guys will start giving me answers. Why must the customer run after you ?
