Tired of begging for my own money

I'm utterly disgusted by the lack of Service I keep receiving from Alexander Forbes, I have been waiting for my provident fund pay out since November 2014 to date and they keep telling me one excuse after the other. I'm so frustrated and ****ed off I'm really up to my ears with their ****y service. They promised to call me back on Friday 16th but they never did. Next thing they will be telling me about the new law for provident fund pay out when i've been waiting so long for my money. I want my money before end of March its mine not yours.
