Reading all the horrific reviews on this site scares the living daylights out of me... unacceptable service from Aforbes
Please can a reprensative contact me regarding the status of my withdrawal application... I have done my own follow up and believe my savings were disinvested on the 13 Dec2019 How long does an application for a tax directive take to process and payout to members? The lack of communication wrt updates, no sms confirmation or updates...not ethical
Please escalate, as today is the 17 Dec2019
Annoyed and frustrated not understanding why the process should be delayed People need their money this time of year and it seem everyone just slack at the offices.... I can't wait till 2020 for my money, so act on this urgently
