Tiger Brand Defined Benefit Pension Fund

<p>On Aug 2016 my mother 71 years old was contacted by a company called ICTS tracing services.They informed her that my late father Mr Appelgryn left money behind that has to be payed out to her.They requested a hand full of documents ,for a lady of 71 that can barely walk , makes that a daunting task.</p> <p>After all the document was handed in they said we should give Alexander Forbes some time to receive and capture the documents.After waiting a month i phoned alexander forbes , they rep**** they didn't receive any documentation for that claim.I went back to Thobeka Khumalo (ICTS ) and she send me confirmation incl ref nr's that the documentation was in fact send to Alexander Forbes.They said we must wait till end of November.I phoned them this morning,ones again they said the haven't received the documentation,so we started all over again.They will lock a complain and bla bla bla .....</p> <p>We are not borrowing money from alexander forbes ,this money was work for by my father and put in the trusted hands of alexander forbes.My mother deserves the money that my father left behind.She is asking me everyday if i heard something.Is this how Alexander Forbes looks after the elderly and their money.Why should we wait 4 months for her money ,that money is due to her.I will think twice putting my investment in a company that keeping it from me when i need it the most.It seems to me the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing.Why Why Why keep her from having a nice xmas it could be her last.</p>
