They won’t pay me my money

I made a withdrawal claim on the 2nd of September and received acknowledgement of the claim. Their automated email response promises to payout claim in 4-6 weeks. After 4 weeks I called them to get an update & it was clear that they had not even started to request a defunding for my claim. I follow up every week, and until I follow up nothing is ever done. In October, I spoke to a William who promised me that funds would be paid out by the 2nd week of November. When I called on the 2nd week of November, nothing yet again had been done. Just today I was on hold for 33 minutes, only for the call centre to drop the call without an update. I am tired of this back and forth, it has been 11 weeks of this nonsense and I still don’t have my money. I want my money so I can be done with this company
